Directly, a startup in the on-demand customer support space, made a decision to base their initial marketing campaigns on having their best early customers tell their company story and turned to BrightTALK to create those stories as video content.

BrightTALK worked with Directly’s team to refine and focus each customer story, identify the right interviewees and personal narratives, and envision a unique creative for each video in the series. BrightTALK was responsible for all production and post-production, delivering finished content that Directly was able to use in face-to-face meetings and physical events, to anchor the homepage of their corporate site and to power sales and marketing campaigns.
